Most of people are facing several problems regarding GPRS/WAP/MMS settings on their mobile phones. Here I can help BSNL users with any phone model to get settings on their mobile. It is very simple process. Fallow the steps to get settings free on your mobile.
1) Go to Cellone My Portal Service
2) Click your circle name from the zones ( North zone/South Zone/ East zone/West zone) For Ex: click Andhra Pradesh under South zone,
if you are belongs to Andhra Pradesh
3) Then you will directed to MY SERVICE PORTAL page
4) Enter your mobile phone number in format (91XXXXXXXXXX) and login.
5) Click the tab Device Management
6) Select your phone vendor form the list like Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Lg, Samsung and select your phone model, then click OK.
7) That’s it, settings will be sent to your phone via SMS.
8) Configure your phone with device settings.
Note: Please enter 1111 if PIN is required by mobile handset during the setting download.

I have installed setting by aboce method but it is not working in my sony xperia tipo.
ReplyDeleteMy phone is Asus Fonepad 7 which is not listed there what to do please help.
